Please call Ann Wright Back to discuss your case. There is no charge for an initial telephone conversation. During that conversation Ms. Back will discuss the issues, verify that she does not have any conflict of interest with your matter (does not know the opposing party), determine the appropriate retainer in your legal matter, and suggest a sliding fee or quote an hourly charge.
After you reach agreement with Ms. Back that she will represent you an initial in-house conference will be scheduled. The Attorney / Client Agreement must be completed and signed by both you and Ms. Back. The retainer must be paid at the initial conference. Applications for Financial Assistance with proof of income must be completed and provided to OKlaw4families prior to the initial conference: the Application will be accepted or declined at the initial conference.
Ms. Back accepts cash, personal check, and credit cards through PayPal. Should you wish to pay through PayPal, please select that option to the right of this page. PayPal handles the entire transaction and maintains the security of your financial information.
Once the retainer has been deposited in Ms. Back's trust account, Ms. Back begins working on your case. Her hourly rate is billed against the initial retainer. Montly statements are mailed to each client. Should the retainer become depleted, another retainer must be deposited into Ms. Back's trust account. Subsequent retainers and payments on open accounts may also be charged on your credit card through PayPal. Any funds remaining in the trust account once your matter is concluded will be returned to you with the closing letter from Ms. Back.

Maintaining neutrality is the most important prerequisit for Ms. Back in mediation. She limits contact with all parties prior to any mediation session. For those interested in hiring Ms. Back to mediate your issues, one party may call or email OKlaw4familes. When one party and his/her attorney indicate a request to hire Ms. Back, the opposing party and/or her/his attorney will be contacted to verify the intent of the parties. Both parties and his/her attorneys will be asked to review the Rules of Mediation. Each party will be required to complete and return the Mediation Agreement. Each party may complete and return an Application for Financial Assistance with proof of income.
Once the signed Mediation Agreement has been received in the office of OKlaw4familes, Ms. Back will schedule a brief telephone conversation with each party to identify the potential issues, discuss security, determine if co-mediation would be appropriate, and schedule the intial mediation session. Ms. Back carefully restrict each telephone conversation to preserve neutrality.
